  • Chad has been an integral part of the Frederick leadership team since 2000. He spends his time thoroughly planning the worship services and providing leadership to the choir, worship band, and praise team. Read more

  • Casey leads the middle school and high school students at Frederick Boulevard. Casey's goal is to see each student set on a path to be life-long followers of Jesus Christ. It is his prayer that they will love and follow Jesus and be a light to those who don’t know our Lord so they too can come to know Him personally. He hopes each student associated with Frederick will see the youth ministry as a place of acceptance, fun, and encouragement.  Read more

  • paul damery,  outgoing elder chairman

    Paul Damery and his family have been members at Frederick since 2010. Originally from Illinois, he and his wife Jala moved to Saint Joseph to work with Christian Challenge, a ministry to college students at Missouri Western State University. In June 2024 Paul will become the new Lead Pastor here at FBBC!

  • Harold Arnold, EldeR vice-chairman

    Harold Arnold has been a member of Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church for over 20 years. He is married and has two children, and has been employed in the grain business for over 30 years. Serving in Awana and leading a weekly Bible study for men are a few of the many ways Harold serves the body at FBBC.

  • jeff cox, elder secretary

    Jeff has been a member of FBBC for 6 years along with his wife and three children. He possesses undergraduate and graduate degrees in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry and is currently working toward a graduate degree in Biblical Counseling. Jeff has previously been on staff and pastored churches throughout Missouri in both full-time and bi-vocational settings. He works as an IT Systems Architect and coaches a local Robotics team for children and teenagers. One of Jeff’s favorite verses is Ephesians 2:10, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”

  • brad veale, elder

    Brad has been a part of the Frederick family since 1989. He met his wife at the church's youth group and they were married in 2005. God has blessed them with 3 children and he enjoys camping and traveling with them. At church Brad serves with the Praise Team, in the media department, at Awana, and as an usher. Outside of church, he has operated his own seed and agriculture business since 2001.

  • Cliff black, Deacon chairman, ex-officio elder

    Cliff Black and his wife have been members of Frederick for four years.  They have been married since 1989 and have three children and a grandson.  Cliff is in his second year as Chairman of  the Deacons, helps moderate the Family Meetings and is a substitute teacher in the Ron Taylor Community Group.  He  has been in the title insurance business for thirty years. Cliff is looking forward with great excitement as to how the Lord is going to lead Frederick in the coming years to become more and more the Church He wants it to be for His glory. 

  • Vikki Crouch has more than 23 years of experience counseling women. She helps people who suffer from abuse, marital struggles, depression, anxiety, grief, and a wide range of other human challenges. Vikki has a B.A. in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Kansas State University, a M.A. from Trinity Theological Seminary, and ACBC (Association of Certified Biblical Counselors) certification. She is a wife (now a widow), mother, grandmother, sister, friend, counselor…but above all else, a person whose life has been transformed by Jesus Christ. Vikki is known for her compassion, wisdom, and encouragement. Read more

  • Chris has been the Children's Ministry Director at Frederick since September of 2008. She coordinates and implements the ministry for children ages birth-6th grade, guiding children in developing an on-going relationship with God. This includes the ministries of Nursery, Sunday School, Kids Worship, AWANA, VBS, and Grand Oaks Children's Camp.  Read more

    Jill has worked at Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church since 2011. She has been a member of FBBC since 2007 along with her husband and two children. She loves serving the Lord and FBBC. 

  • beth evans, financial secretary

    Beth has over 35 years in banking and related businesses before coming to Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church in late 2019. She is married and has 2 sons: Jeff, who is married and lives in Louisville, KY and Christopher, stationed in South California with the Marines.

  • brenda Burgess, receptionist/ministry assistant

    Brenda Burgess has worked at Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church for 27 years and she loves working here and getting to know the members of the church.  She has been married to George Burgess since 1995 and together they have 11 children, 32 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and two more on the way.  She loves spending time with them all.  Brenda enjoys gardening, reading and working on crafts.

  • Matt Bratcher, custodian

    Matt has worked at Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church in different custodial positions since 2016.  He has been a member of FBBC since 2008 along with his wife and two children. He enjoys serving at FBBC in multiple ways. 

  • steve yarnell, custodian

    Steve has been a member of Frederick for 60 years. He serves in the children’s area with his wife Terri.         

  • isaac whitman, pastoral intern

    Isaac has been a member of Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church since 2018 and has been helping with the youth group since August of 2020, becoming a formal intern in October of 2021.  Isaac loves getting to spend time with the students with the goal of presenting every student mature in Christ (Colossians 1:28). He’s currently working on his Masters of Divinity at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
