The Center for biblical Counseling

The Center for Biblical Counseling (CBC) was established in August of 1999 as a ministry of Frederick Boulevard. Although the ministry has never advertised outside of the church, hundreds of individuals and families from Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri have benefited from the counsel received there.

Vikki Crouch is the counselor for women at CBC. She graduated with a M. A. in Biblical Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary. Vikki is an active member of and certified by the ACBC, Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. She began counseling in 1999.

God’s Word is the authority for the counseling at CBC. The ministry is firmly committed to the belief that the Bible provides thorough guidance and instruction for faith and life. (2 Peter 1:3; 2 Timothy 3: 16-17) CBC is a ministry of the church and it is free of charge to both members and non-members alike. However, financial contributions to Frederick Boulevard are appreciated. Each session begins and ends in prayer. Homework assignments are given after each session for the express purpose of implementing the principles learned during the sessions. The truth is spoken in love and adherence to God’s Word is encouraged.

The goal of CBC is to provide Biblical counseling to help people meet the challenges of life in a way that will please and honor the Lord Jesus Christ and allow people to fully enjoy Christ’s love for them and His plans for their life. “First seek the counsel of the Lord.” (1 Kings 22:5) “In His Word I do hope.” (Psalm 130:5)
